What a wonderfull weekend

I really don't know where to start but here goes. The Oregon Ducks had their Spring Game on Sat. It was broadcast on ESPN2. This game was in honor of our military and that all came about because Coach Kelly was at Joshua's funeral. To make a long story short the idea came to him to do the Spring Game in honor of our Military because of Joshua. They would collect food for the military's family's as payment to get into the game. There was 35,000 pounds of food collected. The family was asked to attend the game and watch it from the VIP room. What a day, and one I will never forget.
Ronda was given a signed football by the coaches, also a #10 Duck jersey which was Josh's football number when he played football in high school. Corey and Brian (Joshua's brothers)and Ronda got the hats that were made just for the coaches. The three of them each received a military coin.
The VIP room was all set up with all kinds of food, and a frig full of pop and water. Am going to post a few pictures taken from the room. It was an awesome day.

This first picture is of Brian, Ronda, and Corey taken in front of the Window in the room, which was our view to watch the game. There was 25,201 people out there in those bleachers.

Next is the signed football

This is one of the coins

Ronda all dressed up with jersey, hat, the football, and she even has her pass to get into the VIP room.

Coach Kelly and Ronda, this man has a heart of gold!!

A final group picture. It was an awesome day, with some tears, laughter, lots of food and a really good time had by all! God Bless the Troops and GO DUCKS!!

Today is Ronda's birthday and we spent the afternoon down at Steve and Terri's for a BBQ. More food!! Happy Birthday Honey, we Love you!!
