New year New situation

2022 is only memories now. It was a very hard year with Steve finding out late November of 21 that he had cancer. Will never forget when they came up and told us while sitting in his usual chair by the table. Hit us like a rock. Nothing was the same after that. He had a lot of ups and downs after starting his chemo.  Many trips in the ambulance to the hospital. After almost a year to the day he passed on November 22, 2022. He fought so hard to win the battle until he just didn't have the strength to make the trip for another chemo treatment.

This picture was taken during our spring camping trip (Rock pit) with his dog Ruger.

His greatest pleasure was bow hunting with his brother Kelly and our camping trips every year. Was one very happy boy when he got a dream bull. Will never forget when he got on the radio and yelled "BIG BULL DOWN" was so excited⁰ along with the rest of us back at camp.

I was very proud of the man Steve became. After overcoming the drug stuff to becoming the assistant manager at Less Schwab Tires in Sutherlin.
I will probably post a lot about him over the year as I cope with this new situation. Kelly made a video and posted to FB. Will see if I can post it here https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=pfbid02vbXGs8McMwpApCrNNd3Kyg9WnMMvu34bQfEDbGWUFxCSLkvyq4r2D1hiQsXQXEcfl&id=100001606322022&mibextid=Nif5oz
Am going to try and spend a lot of today working on one of my WIPCO projects for the month of January.  Will bring out #10, Family Rules.

This is where I'm at today before I start stitching it. I wasn't keeping track of dates, like now, but was started shortly after I purchased this magazine in 2019.

Time to get stared! Take care and be safe
